Beautiful view. Good comfort food. Flavors were good/ fair. Decent drinks. Enjoyable. Unfortunately, service wasn’t the best. We were patient with our server. You could tell he was working hard and ended up with a large party who rudely sat themselves after asked to go to the host several times for a table. Most persons working seemed young and possibly struggling with tables, as a previous server, management really should have came out at one point and helped. We were there for at least a couple of hours.
My bride and I visited Hagemeister Park about 4 weeks ago so my review is a little foggy on the details but it does not diminish from my favorable experience as I recall it. It was a snowy day when we visited and parked across the street using metered parking, which was easy using the parking app. From the front, Hagemeister appears to be a small storefront sized restaurant. It is anything but! It is rather expansive inside. Huge actually. I loved the rustic, relaxed decor and the large booth where we were seated. Televisions were mounted throughout so if you are hoping to watch The Game, you can do it here. I was in the mood for a beer and I appreciated the variety of craft beers available. Not too large where the decision is difficult but just enough to cover most of the types one would want. I prefer a Scotch ale so I tried the Christmas Ale. Maybe twice. For my meal, I ordered french onion soup and the Ultimate club sandwich. While the french onion soup was good, I would not declare it to be world famous level of good. I still prefer my own home cooked recipe. The Ultimate club was very good though. My bride ordered the Elk burger which she found delicious as well. Having filled our bellies, we left satisfied and will make this a stop the next time we are in the area. Our server was attentive and friendly and the prices were fair.
Went here for Easter Brunch Buffet and was surprisingly impressed! They have a really great venue and I didn’t realize they have another large area for private events. I haven’t been here to eat off the regular menu, but will definitely consider in the future! Kid-friendliness: They do provide high chairs for the little ones! Parking: There is plenty of street parking and a couple parking lots / garages near by and in walking distance. It’s free to park at the meters on Saturdays/Sundays.
I always seem to take the photo after I have had my first bite. The California chicken flatbread was tasty. It was enough to split between myself and my boyfriend. Nice atmosphere. Would like to go back and try the fish.
The service was exceptional, the food and drinks were delicious, and they have created an excellent atmosphere that's classy enough for a date, but still would be a great place to watch a game and have some drinks. Highly recommended! We ate at Hagemeister Park for the first time after leaving one of the very highly rated local breweries with expensive food that we found did not live up to the hype in the reviews. We should have started the night out at Hagemeister Park! We will definitely be doing so in the future! You guys saved the evening! Edit: We've been back a couple times and this is one of the best bar and grill style restaurants Green Bay has to offer! The food is always good and the cocktails really could rival some of the much more expensive restaurants in the area. The Titos on the gun behind the bar was really delicious, too. It's absolutely worth the trip. We will definitely be coming back to Hagemeister Park!
I wouldn’t order from this place again. Received my food it was cold Got the classic grilled cheese with fondu cheese wasn’t even melted Paid 5.00 for extra fried they were also could and not even a hand full of fries. You can’t be a cheese place and the cheese isn’t even melted. Good idea but waste of time. Pics below. Very disappointed. I’m not a local and thought I was going to get a good quality grilled cheese but maybe they do better on dine in.
Went for lunch while in GB for a game. A pretty large, nice, and clean bar/restaurant that offers many tap beers and great menu selection. Would definitely go back.Food: 5/5
Our waitress was great! Very attentive and accommodating. I had a great ultimate BLT. My bf had a burger that arrived very charred. Our waitress did substitute another burger that wasn't burned. Nice location and plenty of room.
