Went for lunch while shopping with my wife. The wait staff was fairly attentive and accommodating. I had a burger, which was swimming in butter - and therefore excellent. My wife had the chicken and waffle sliders, which she enjoyed very much. She also got her lemonade to-go as we left the restaurant, which was a great perk. 

My only complaints were that prices steered a little higher than I would have expected, and I wish you could order a proper glass/pint of beer (only bottles available). Otherwise, a great meal. Would definitely repeat.

Burgers are great.  Service better than decent.  Friendly, but not over the top great.  Put off by the metal trays they use now.  Seems more like a prison meal, than a restaurant visit.
Overall happy.  It's chili's,it's corporate... you know what you're going to get.  Happy with my visit

Improved menu from when we went in 2017
Waitress was friendly and even though busy whenever she went by she checked up on us.
Had the 3 for 17.99. Everything was cooked to perfection. I enjoyed the metal trays. Did not feel like a prison tray even though I have never been in one. Busgirl was friendly taking dirty plates as we continued eating. Will return.

Presidente margarita is not very good anymore. Nothing like it used to be. Onion rings were dry and hard to eat and had no flavor. Mexican street corn was mushy. Fajitas were average at best. Ribs were good. Has gone down hill. Will not be returning.

It's December 31st and its 2:30 pm. The lady that was the bartender, was very rude! I'm not one to complain but when you go out to eat during the holidays you would expect better service, this lady was very miserable. I would believe that you would receive good tips when your a good server. She probably doesn't receive many good tips because of her attitude. I almost asked the MOD to cash us out because she took a little while to do so. She brought us napkins after we nearly finished our meal, we actually used the drink napkins till she did so. We had too ask for another drink, not attentive at all...  Very disappointing.... We love the food, it was very tasty. That's why we gave the two stars.
