I need to tell what happened to us at this restaurant.  We are from Canada.  My husband and I and another couple were in Buffalo for some cross border shopping.  We stopped at this restaurant for a meal.  My husband ordered a hot tea.  As soon as it arrived he held the mug and he looked at me and said “sweetie this is the mug I’ve been talking about, this is it, it’s perfect”.  My husband has severe arthritis in his hands, and he hasn’t been able to wrap his fingers around a mug handle for 10 yrs, he has to hold mugs like a toddler does, by wrapping both his hands around the body of the mug.  For 10 yrs we have been looking in stores for a mug with a larger square handle that he could wrap his fingers around without being in pain.  This mug at Applebee’s was it.  So I asked the waitress if I could buy a couple of the mugs.  She said I’ll ask the Mgr.  The mgr came out with two mugs and gave them to my husband for free.  He was such a sweet man and we were so appreciative of this gesture.  I felt so happy for my husband and I just want to thank that mgr publicly for his kindness and compassion.  I wish I’d gotten his name.  We don’t encounter kindness very often so this act meant a lot to us.  It might sound like a small thing to some people but I’ve been looking for 10 yrs for a mug for my husband, this was huge for me, and for my husband.

Portions were small for the 2 for 25. Salads were great. Very clean. Waitress pat was very good. Seated quickly . Good choice

Horrible service they have a its free if we dont suggest it... Well our waitress didn't so i asked for the drink and she was so rude tried telling me i was wrong and that she deff did and gave soooo much attitude then said fine and brought me a drink with no alcohol in it!!! Then she had every other person serve us instead of herself. We did have another girl who was super nice and a gentleman who was super nice too. Just was NOT impressed with our actually waitress!!!

Refreshing Perfect Margaritas w/o the rim of salt. A little disappointed the Delta Sonic certs cldnt be used towards the 2 for $20 selections... and my wait was quite longer than usual this time. I enjoyed my family and the shrimp stir fry so it was worth it!

My son and I sat at the front waiting for a hello or a nod.  Nothing just employee's walking around.   We must have been there over ten mins and my son...who is 7 says dad I think they are too busy for us.  Lol.  We left and ate just down the street and it was great.   Thanks.
