Came to show my relatives some western restaurants, but didn't go so well here. The waitress was really slow as in we had to wait an hour for our food to come even though we said we wanted our foods immediately instead of when they are all done at once. We had to ask her the situation of our food and she just said "All the foods are done, but the shrimp looked gross so the chef is cooking new ones." She was more focused on the table behind us who complained about their noodle being cold (returned it and got a refund even though he ate more than half), also it was a birthday (literally heard them say, to argue with waitress if they request an id). I mean come on... Also, she left our pitcher of beer on the bar and just walked off. Another server brought it to us and my mother asked for water and this waitress replied, "Ill let your waitress know." I understand it is busy but this was after dinner hours(got there at 7, food came around 8), we were very patient and cooperative, but come on, just say 'sure' and let the waitress know. We could even hear her and the hostess talking about how slow it is and that she has nothing to do. The food was good, the whole ordering to get our bills took 2.5 hours. Wasted a lot of time at this place. I do not recommend going if it is busy or if you have plans afterwards. If so, then I hope the service goes well for you.

Food: We ordered several items off the menu. Quantity is sufficient, quality good as well.

Atmosphere: typical Applebees. Nothing to complain or compliment.

Service: The servers were what made this place a 5 star. We dined here three times during our stay at Niagara falls. We were 2 families with three children. All servers we dealt with were good to deal with. However specifically, I'd like to mention service by a server named "Lauren".

Lauren is simply the best server we've dealt with. Bubbly and cheery, she somehow anticipated what we needed/wanted before we asked for it. If there was a server school, she'd be teaching it. Good job Lauren!

Don't over look this place!!! The best food I have had in Niagara! The staff are so Polite and friendly!!!! Lauren was by far one of the best waitresses I have ever had! She took care of us never left us waiting and was super talkative! Will for sure be back again! Will be recommending this to everyone!

Food was great, staff were friendly. The table was a bit sticky which made me feel like it was a bit dirty and the place wouldn't have the highest quality food. I was wrong though
