Upfront customer service is great but they don't get back to you when they say and they don't return phone calls.  Lost a customer that spends a lot of money on raw food but way too frustrating to maintain a business relationship with such a disregard and care for the customer.  Went to Tailblazers in Oakville, and wow talk about a different experience!
