Absolutely horrible sales rep. Tried to up-sell everything but what I came in for. Seemed indignant when I didn't buy. Oh, and they didn't have what I wanted in stock. I would NOT EVER recommend this store to anyone

The kids there first of all did not know anything, second were extremely condescending. Would never go here again to be talked down to by a couple of kids who did NOT know anything about the product.

Never have what you are looking for, kids working there have no clue (i was in there to buy speakers for my computer - they showed me 3 choices but never thought of showing me ALL the other choices available on a different shelf), i tried to buy a battery once, waited 1/2 year!!!!! after promisses it will be there any day to find out they can't get it... The old manager that they sent elsewhere or got rid off was awesome, he always knew where what was and was able to give good advice, thinking this store won't exist much longer because of the company's lack of management skills.... too bad
