I had an appointment Saturday to get my makeup done as l was attending a wedding. I was to meet Faria but when l arrived for my appointment l was met by Sailor. She was outstanding. She asked me lots of questions to understand what look l was hoping for. She listened and did a wonderful job. I had so many compliments and felt very special while attending the wedding. Thanks again!! You are great!!

I can’t thank the amazing pharmacist Mohammed enough for his help in vaccinating my two young children. Although my daughter was scared, he was incredibly patient and kind which put her at ease and helped calm her down. I appreciate the online booking system. The team had everything ready for us when we arrived. Thank you again Mohammed and team!

Get what you expect. I do not like the SDM standard entrance, where one has to walk around a wall by all of the makeup and fragrance section, to get into the meat of the store. Is this a beauty salon, or a supermarket? It is a sort of drugstore.

Long waits for prescriptions. Regardless of the prescription, hiring out temp working pharmacists too… not impressed when my husband and I were followed around by Jax for Black Friday shopping. Had items on hold and were questioned when we asked to see them.. and questioned when paying.

Dealt with cosmetic dept on July 15, rep middle age, shorter dark hair was disinterested, provided no advice/ recommendations, opened box to check product, but when got home it was wrong. Returned item to cashier at front of store on July 16 younger long haired blonde girl, expressed my disappointment, she had no comment, in fact yawned during the conversation, did not cover her mouth, no apology . Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Will never return to this store and will ensure I pass on what happened there. After this went to Walmart Pharmacy, customer service was excellent and had the proper product for significantly less. This Shoppers store is so bad.
