Excellent customer service from the pharmacy team. They went above and beyond to get a profile transferred over so that I could get the medication I needed quickly. I've had some bad experiences with pharmacies in the past, but this one is great! Keep it up!

I spoke with the customer service for one of the item that was on sale. The customer service assured me she will not give it to anyone until I pick it up. She brought the items once I reached the store and told the cashier about it. Excellent customer service. The store is big in size and there is lots of variety available.

Colette could use some customer service training.nOnly one cashier Colette was available. Cashier chatted with and had a jolly time with a whole slew of Caucasian seniors. Even treated the next Caucasian person in line very politely, smiling and apologizing for the wait. Next up, person of colour. No smile, no politeness, just curt and rude. Don't work in customer service if you're going to racially profile.nnOther staff at this location are lovely, hence the 2 stars.

I live in Brantford but work 2 days a week in Waterdown and always choose to do my shopping at the Waterdown location. The friendly and great service is what keeps me coming back. I have never been let down, however when I need specific help in the beauty department I always look for Deb Beauty Specialist. She is amazing and always finds great solutions for me. Aside from that her memory is amazing and never misses telling me when one of my favorites are on special or available.nI give her 5 stars

Sdm used to be great store for getting basics until atleast 2017 before Loblaws took over and decimated it into Airport convenience store prices.nOver the years they have also degraded optimum points program leaving little reason to visit store unless there no choice around.nOne would wonder how would Loblaws survive if not for oligopoly that it revels in.
