The people seemed wonderful, the owner was very welcoming. But there is nothing I hate more than spending $260 on my hair while they do 2-3 other clients at the same time. I was in there for over 4 hours!! One person did the color and cut, one person did the shampoo and another person the blow drying...it was so frustrating. I wanted to be blonde and I came out with the darkest hair I've ever had. I really wanted to make this salon my new home, but unfortunately I will not be back. The customer service has to be improved, its about the client, not about socializing with your coworkers. Especially the new guy with the beard that was learning...he was very slow, annoying, and kept distracting the hairstylists from their clients.

Love this place. Everyone is super friendly and Rory does my hair perfect everytime! So glad I found a great hair salon with wonderful stylists.

Krista is a very good stylist and usually does a good job with my wavy, curly hair. Like the salon though I do find the cost of the haircuts and services a bit high. There is also parkade parking on the 18th Ave side of building for a small fee and off street parking for about a $2.00 an hour.

Took my daughter here for a cut and color. After 5 plus hours, we are done. Thanks for taking other clients while we were waited and waited! Please stop doing that! On the plus side the color and cut are beautiful .

Rory did an amazing job bringing my dead blonde hair back to life! I bought the Groupon and had additional services done for a discounted price (totally satisfied with both services!!!)
