Chatime

Busy location. Standard chatime bubble tea deliciousness. Their sealing machine appeared to be having an issue so they had to take a part of the lid on every drink. That appeared to be slowing down their service. Other than that no complaints.

Tried Chatime in Burnaby at the Kingsway location. Its a very clean and new place with Big seating area!!! Very friendly and helpful staff. Good service. I ordered Brown Sugar Pearl with Iron goddess Oolong tea. Added sea salt creme, pudding with oat milk. Normal Ice snd 100% sugar level. Best combination

I like this bubble tea joint as they make a conscious effort to upsell the reusable metal straws in effort to reduce waste. I chose to bring my reusable bamboo straw with me. I wish they would alternatively not provide single use straws or move to the alternative cold cups that have a wider mouth lid with nowhere to insert straws like some other chains or provide customers incentives for bringing their own. I also got given a Lunar New Years gift with a special coupon for my next visit including a bubble tea drinks carrier which is pretty rad! Unfortunately no restroom currently available to customers in this place or indoor seating. However, staff are helpful and make very yummy bubble tea options. Menu is vast, tasty and caters for everyone and is also easy to tailor or customize a predefined menu item to your own tastebuds liking.

I wish I can give zero star. Bad customer service. I ask for brown rice tea with sago and the guy gave me without sago just added white pearl I asked but no sago. That guy need to be fire!!!!Food: 1/5

I've been to Chatime many times since it opened from the first day. The drinks are always tasty and delicious. I like to taro milk tea and pudding. The black sugar bubble with milk is also my favorite drink. Sometimes it's really crowded, so we need to line up and wait for awhile.

Really nice and friendly place to buy bbt. Service is better and patient. Grass jelly roasted milk tea is the most popular and best tea in Vancouver, I would recommend chatime among others.

we ordered crystal boba, but this is vera aloe….. and they failed the seal the taro milk so it spilled some on our hands. please. train your employees better. this is very stupid. taro milk is also not made with real taro. extremely artificial. 0/5 will not ever order it again.

First time went there since friend recommended this place for the "chat time roasted milk tea" I tried it with grass jelly and it was excellent! It a spacious place and it well lighted, perfect for sit down relax and chit chat. Nice and chill place for sure.

Ordered the pumpkin spice milk tea with oat milk and it literally tasted like I was drinking an Autumn candle, it was so bad and over $8. I threw it out after 2 sips. The other drink we got was a no sugar milk tea, apparently the cream powder still has sugar in it, so it’s still very sweet. Chatime prices have gone up significantly and it’s not worth it at all.

Lots of different drink selection to chose from. Atmosphere is pretty good too. Know business is doing well ... When the line up is super long. A lots of people go there to chillax.
