We got the Thai milk tea and oasis slush to go. I enjoyed the milk tea, as it wasn't too sweet and the cup is so cute! It was a little watered down due to the ice, so I'll probably ask for less ice next time. The oasis slush was good. To be honest, the first sip was a little underwhelming because it tasted like a slush you could get anywhere else, but over time you can definitely taste the distinct flavours and how well they blend together, if that makes sense? There's no overpowering syrupy taste and it's not too overly chunky or smooth, which I like. I love the interior of the store and their aesthetic. It's so cute and they try their best to be eco friendly. Even the straws are good quality! The service is great. They took the time to talk about their most popular drinks as we struggled to decide on what to get they have a lot of choices!, and let us know what they usually got. I really enjoyed being there!
New location ! New flavours but the same awesome quality. If you are into high quality bubble tea esp tea leaf you must give this place a try. You won’t regret it. Absolutely love this place and I drink bbt almost everyday so I would say I am picky.Food: 5/5
Amazing local place! Beautiful aesthetic minimalist + clean, perfect for instagram pics if you’re into that, great menu, and kind owners. $13 for 2 drinks, both quite large with hand-milled ingredients is a great deal. I got the Strawberry Jasmine Fruit + Tea Latte and the Cream of Earl Grey Milk Tea Latte and they were delicious. I came close to closing and the workers were kind enough to give me a bit of their “Black Golden” ice cream, which was SO tasty. I was so impressed with this place, will definitely be coming back!
I swear all the Reviews are fake! and also the bubble tea was MID at best don't waste your money here ‼ I came here first week of Oct 2023, and the owners said they just opened for a few days. But by then there's already 60 reviews.... like what??? And now checking reviews again, it's 250+ reviews.... that is just completely unbelievable to get in 4 weeks when most places I go to that have been open for many years have about 300 reviews.... for example, Blossoms Tea personal favourite in this neighbourbood I ordered the matcha latte with pearls, and it was even worse than what Chatime can produce, and chatime is at most a 3* for me. The matcha powder they use is worse quality than what I can buy from Amazon, and there was so little of it in my drink, it was practically a milk drink with some matcha flavoring
It’s a small cozy milk tea shop with good milk tea. I ordered Oolong Milk tea sand Jasmine Milk Tea. The fragrance of oolong tea is kind of so subtle for me but it’s creamy milky. I like Jasmine Milk Tea a lot more. More floral tea leaf not like other milk tea powder chains. Will come back to try other options dark roasted tea as an example. And the pears are so good soft and chewy even near closing time. Staff are informative and so friendly even I arrived at 8.55pm. Recommended!!
I am lactose intolerant so I loved that I could order with oat or dairy free milk. Got the Golden Black with pearls and oat milk. It really was delicious and I also love that the cup and straw are recyclable. Vegetarian options: Dairy free alternative milks Dietary restrictions: Dairy free alternative milks
The service was amazing. The kind clerk helped both me and my boyfriend pick something off their menu that matched our tastes. We got our drinks really quickly after ordering. The Vietnamese coffee was sweet but very tasty. The milk tea was also really good with boba. We sat inside to relax and the lofi playing was the perfect match to the warm drinks. Would recommend trying this place and stopping for a few minutes to relax.
The Kurozato Milk Tea is hands down the most flavourful bubble tea I have ever had. No sweet tasting milk here! Also rather than plastic they can your drink in an aluminum can. Unique and recyclable, nice. Definitely recommend if you need a break from the chains.
This bubble tea place is very cute and cozy! The decor is chic and minimalist. We came right before closing time and the server was both, polite and friendly. My friends’ bubble teas I found were better than the slush I opted for. My drink felt overly sweet and very heavy to digest. I would recommend you choose a milk tea or a fruit tea instead.
Very aesthetic and cute tea shop hidden away on Howe St in downtown. They’re very environmentally conscious, so bring your own cup if you can. They use biodegradable bamboo straws, and “butterfly cups” for take out drink which does not require a lid OR straw to drink. The store also sells loose leaf teas in beautiful metal gift containers, and easy DIY bubble tea kits. Staff are very attentive, patient and helpful. Parking is quite difficult, so I parked at a streetside meter nearby less than 5min walk. My order: Mango Passion Fruit Green Tea half sweet: The highlight of the drink for me was that there were real fruit chunks in the drink mango and raspberry. I liked having the pearls on the side, since pearls get hard very quickly in icy drinks - this way, I can add pearls as I drink to ensure perfect chewiness throughout. I didn’t taste the passionfruit though, but the mango and strong green tea flavour together was tasty. I had this pitcher drink at half sweetness, which balances the sweetness from the pearls well. There is quite a bit of ice in the pitcher, so I think it can comfortably serve 3 people at most menu says it serves between 2-4 people. This drink is only available for dine-in no takeout, and as a pitcher no single cups. Hojicha Melonpan: this was a bit dry, so its probably best reheated. The crumble on top was pretty good, but the hojicha taste was quite mild overall.
