I walked in the Branch around 3 pm yesterday It was a little busy. I needed to order checks and inquire about a balance transfer. The Branch Manager Terrance came right out and greeted me with a big smile. I did not have an appointment and I was surprised I did not have to wait. He was glad to help he ordered may checks and helped me with my balance transfer. Great service !!!

I make deposits for work at this branch. The staff are very hospitable. They remember me and are a pleasure to talk to. They are quick when need be, but remain polite and accurate. Will consider opening a personal account here.
