Always loved Chapters. The best bookstore you want to visit. Were sold out on what I wanted but no big deal, go on Indigo.ca and placed my order. Fantastic! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Always so clean and don't want to forget the ambiance, have a good coffee your book, have a seat listening to the background music and read. What a few hours well spent.
Their marketing is amazing! Additional home decors and appliances made a huge impact to consumers. Don’t forget about the books! Hardbound are still awesome even though technological advances made its way.
Parking can be tough but it has a nice atmosphere. Great selection and the staff seem willing to help, are friendly, and knowledgeable. Nice decor and gift ideas.

Went in to pick up the new Stephen King book Fairy Tales and they didn’t have it even though the book was released today. I also went in last week and spoke to the same girl and was told they would have it on the release date. I would have pre ordered online if I would have known and not gone into purchase in store. Do better.
Love it there, good selections of books, staff were friendly and helped me out with a book i was looking for when i went there today, thanks to the lady who helped me today. Very pleased and happy everytime i go into chapters.
You get your money's worth. Some items, product, books can be pricey. Awesome courteous employees, very helpful people.
The book selection is always excellent, I can never leave without finding a new read! They also have a wide variety of home and decor items, which I have always been able to find a gift for any occasion. The employees are always friendly and knowledgeable.
I'd spend every penny I had there if I could. Let's just say whoever handles the marketing and products knows Exactly who they're selling to. The spread of the store flows well and with a Starbucks inside you could lose days happily wandering the isles. Helpful staff, great atmosphere
