This place is full of knowledgeable and friendly staff. I love to come here to look for fun new board games for our family and friend game nights.
What a cool store. Lots of comics, board games, tabletop supplies, etc. Definitely a fun environment and staff and the events held here are always a fun time. They do a good job answering any questions I have had and hosting the various events. Definitely one of the best places in town to hang out with people that have similar hobbies. If the things I mentioned before appeal to you, please check out Kapow.
This place is awesome. A ton of tables for game play and the host of a ton of great games. D&D, Pokémon, Magic the Gathering all have dedicated nights and special events. But if you just want to throw down a boardgame bring your own or sample one of their many trial games. Reasonable prices, great comic selection and ordering system, and A+ customer service. Can't recommend these guys enough.
Great employees, great sales, great events, and great selections on everything from board and card games to comics. If you're a big fan of magic the gathering you'll also want to check this place out! This store is so awesome that I always make sure to hit it at least once whenever I visit lethbridge.
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the owner is right up front with them and easy to talk to with any questions or concerns. They have free boardgames you can try out at the back of the store, which has a dozen or so tables for people to play at. There are weekly and nightly events going on if you're interested in card games like Magic the Gathering or the Pokemon TCG, Dungeons and Dragons on Wednesday nights, Pathfinder on Thursdays.
This is honestly one of the greatest places in the world! I cannot express clearly enough in words how fantastic the customer service is. Whether you're a seasoned geek, a beginner or not really a geek at all quit lieing to yourself, we all have a little geek in us you will love this store.
Kapow! is great. They have a little bit of everything including comics, trades, board games, figurines, DnD dice, and a small selection of nerdy accessories, and they add new stuff all the time. I found so many unexpected treasures at this store. There's almost always a game of Magic, DnD, or a board game going on at the tables in the back. Staff is always super friendly and helpful.
Best game shop in town. They have an even selection of comics, tabletop games, board games, card games, collectibles and pop paraphernalia. Coolest thing is the ample space for MtG tournaments, and sessional role-playing for Star Wars, Pathfinder and D&D. Also some more private space in the pack for gaming. Expanded considerably last year - double the size. Definitely doing something right.
UPDATE: 2020 Store is dead. They just want whatever money they can scrap together at point. No more MTG scene. Sad days, it used to be me and my friend's favorite go-to MTG hotspot. OUTDATED REVIEW: Fantastic place. Great deals. Love going there its always such a nice environment. Very clean. Theres one questionable employee that is kinda rude to new gamers. Bigger guy with blonde hair. Besides him its a 5/5 ! The owner is a really cool guy
I live in Montana not much Wargaming close by. Really glad I found this place. As gamers it is our duty to support hobby shops like this that offer us a place to game and socialize. Always buy something and show your support. Roll dice, laugh, measure moves, paint, build and enjoy the hobby DROP the controller get off your computer and interact with People lol.
