When I am visiting Chandlers - it is often for business events. I appreciate the private rooms available for small groups to provide a setting for presentations.   The wait staff is attentive and efficient. All of that being said - the food is also wonderful at every single visit, with every item I have ever ordered.

While the food was great, the service on a Sunday night when I was there with friends from out of town was dismal at best.  The drinks came out wrong and then we were blamed - the add-in for the drink was given to us to prepare instead of having the knowledgeable bartender perform the duty. We waited with dirty plates to be taken away, we never saw the waitress, thought she got lost. The manager asked "how is everything" and my friend from NY was honest yet nice. The waitress then says, before handing over the check, "well I'm sorry you women don't like me, I guess have a good night".  Professionalism at a restaurant like Chandlers is not too much to ask!  We paid too much money to be treated the way we were.  My friends were appalled as was I.

This establishment offers a high end ambiance that you will enjoy through each bite of your meal. It is complete with a dark lit room, live piano pieces, and an open bar filled with all types of drinks. The food was amazing all around, from the tender marbled filets, to the creamy loaded Idaho potatoes. Definitely would recommend this place if your willing to spend at least $60 a head and would love a beautiful romantic night out on the city.

I've been coming here for several years with my wife with no complaints.  Friday night I took some business colleagues (12) and service was good, food was good, then I got my dessert and it had a hair in it.  Mistakes happen, but I got our check and they didn't even comp it!!  $1000 bill and you can't comp $10-$20, I was irate.  Had to complain to manager, then I asked the server why it wasn't comp (b/c he was a nice guy) and he said before he brought the check he asked the chef and manager if he should comp it and they said NO!!! Are you kidding me!!  Well, truth be told, my wife and I was going there on a weekly basis and we will not be going there ever again.  Hello Barbacoa!!

Good food, great service, very nice ambiance. Unfortunately had a loud table group nearby but hey, that's the way it goes sometimes.
