Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

This location had terrible customer service. We walked in and were seated, but 15 minutes later the manager came to see if we had been helped yet. We then said no and he brought us water. Another 10 minutes go by before anyone came to help us. Our waitress didn’t listen, brought us the wrong food, and acted annoyed to wait on us. No one ever came to bring us our check. We waited 30 minutes after finishing our food and just paid on the kiosk at our table and left. We then called the manager and he said he would email us a gift card, and we never received it. We called back a week later to let them know, and we still never received it.

Good variety and quality of burgers. I like the dipping sauce options for my fries. Our waitress did an excellent job keeping up with our needs even though it was very busy.

Newby waiter, but he did his best. He apologized way too much for nothing. He'll learn or quit. Food was excellent.

I think its amazing that I can come here and get a gourmet burger at a cost less than or just a little more than a fast food burger. Burgers so much better and BOTTOMLESS fries! You will never leave here not filling full.

Cold nachos, no apology. Dirty floor for an hour, nobody including manager would stop and pick these up. Seriously? Screaming coming from the prep area the whole time we were here. Our waitress, Hannah, was nice but totally overwhelmed. Management had her all over the restaurant. Thanks Hannah for doing your best.
