Fork offers American cuisine inspired from the great Northwest region made with fresh locally sourced ingredients. Fork also features hand-crafted cocktails, a terrific selection of regional wines & beer in a warm and welcoming setting.

Lunch check average = $8-$12
Dinner check average = $12-$18
Pacific Northwest Inspired American cuisine. Opened for lunch, dinner and brunch on the weekends in the heart of downtown Boise. Saturday brunch starts at 9:30am and runs until 2:00pm (seasonally while the Capital City Public Market runs). We feature fresh ingredients from local farmers and producers at the Capital City Public Market (note: brunch only runs when the market is running). Every Saturday and Sunday from 10:00am-3:00pm, we have the FORK build-you-own Bloody Mary Bar! Don't miss it!

Highly recommend! We went to dinner last night while visiting family in Boise and were so impressed! Our server was great, very attentive and made good recommendations for food and drink. The place was packed and energetic. We sat at the buddy bar and got to eye what other patrons were ordering. Everything was excellent from the cocktails to salads to dessert. It seemed like a team approach with different servers bringing food and busing— this is always refreshing. We’ll be back soon!

I really want to review this place well because the staff is always nice & the atmosphere is great. However, my meals there are always just "OK." I tried again over the weekend with brunch with family. The Northwest scramble sounded good on the menu but upon delivery, it lacked flavor & was really greasy. There are a lot of great restaurants near Fork & I find myself going to them a lot more frequently that this restaurant. And it's too bad because I think Fork is just a few menu adjustments away from being one of the best dining options in Boise.

We had a fantastic meal at Fork tonight. Staying in Boise while road tripping through Idaho, we pulled into town pretty late but were lucky enough to be seated by the kind hostess. The service was great from the very beginning. Our waitress Leslie was attentive and friendly. We ordered the Boise chopped salad with smoked salmon to share as an appetizer which was absolutely delicious- we pretty much licked the plate clean. I had the artichoke ravioli which were very good and my date had the trout which he enjoyed as well. After the salad, the fries were our favorite part of the meal. My only complaint would be the noise level. Overall we feel so lucky to have ended up at such a great restaurant.

The food was great. The restaurant was really pretty. The waitress was very friendly. The only challenge you may have will be finding parking...but as long as you can accomplish that, you definitely will NOT be disappointed.

Best service the other night. Our server was extremely attentive, answered every question we had. Made time to make sure food allergies were addressed and made aware of in the kitchen area. Our Mediterranean salad...delicious!! Oh and our short ribs were perfectly cooked, so tender and flavorful. The quality of great food and great service.....unforgettable!! I recommend Fork for everyone who wants to enjoy a fun night out. You'll enjoy the atmosphere and friendly feeling immensely!
