Champlain Motel

This place is horrible. Do not rent. He gets tenants to fix it for him at a cheap rate. Takes advantage of people who are desperate for a place to live. Horrible living conditions. Will rent your room out and tell u the day before and throw you in another room. Rooms have mold. Bed bugs. So much more problems. Dont rent

This place is truly amazing. Probably one of the best places ive ever been to. From their services to the environment everything is just perfect.

The owner is not respectful and I got taken advantage of and almost froze to death in the trailer I was staying in got bitten by a dog that lives in the motel and owner of said dog and owner of the motel didn't do anything about it this place absolutely sucked it's atrocious

Champlain Motel is fascinating place because of excellent customer service and everything what they offer in rooms. New management has made some upgrades and changed it's look. Room rates are really competitive.

Champlain Motel is an amazing place to stay for long or short term as new management upgraded most of it and new staff and manager are so friendly. Room rates are so reasonable for short or long term and Motel offers free wi-fi , free digital cable , free parking and every room has fridge, microwave , TV, Dresser ,bed , attach bathroom , upgraded heating system and it has central location in Sturgeon Falls which is across the street from greyhound bus station and walking distance from No Frills, Metro , two Tim Hortons , many other restaurants , several Gas Stations in town , Canadian Tire , Hospital , pharmacy , banks and walking distance from Down Town Sturgeon Falls.
