When you wan to buy something from them, they approach you with smile and welcoming arms. WHEN you need them to respond to a question, follow up on aeroplan miles, or simply need them to respond to a request, they TOTALLY IGNORE you! Not happy in the long-term due to weak customer services!

I bought RAV4 here last year and I've traded in my RAV4 last week. I bought 2018 Yaris this time!
Very friendly dealer; I went other dealers too, but I felt that other dealers just want to sell the car...
Here at Chasse Toyota, different experienced. One of staff, Rebekka Anton was so nice and friendly person. She does take care my issues during the purchases.
I am highly recommend to visit here as well when you thinking to buy a car. You will experience different than other dealers!

Pros:  Good service, clean, most staff speak English.  Cons:  Pushy sales staff.  Called me constantly even though I said I wasn’t interested.

Highly recommend them in order for you to enjoy purchasing new vehicle. 
Supportive team. No games, attentive to customer's needs.
Juan Basora was my salesperson, he is honest, professional, polite and very helpful.
