Just had a terrible customer service call with Tara. Was rude and not helpful at all. Cellworks is our corporate authorized dealer but I do not recommend this company.
They tried to scam me out of two $35 activation fee credits and one $50 iphone rebate. I was given the run-around between Rogers and Cellworks for 3 months and still haven't received my $120 in credits. Very disappointed.
