Great design and very friendly staff. We were there during on a weekday during Happy Hour. There are some great specials. We had several of the beers on tap and a class of Hall Red wine. The beers were tasty and the Hall Red Wine is a little on the sweet side but a nice change from what I’m used to drinking. We also had the fish tacos which are not part of Happy Hour. They were lightly battered without being too oily and filling. Perfect early evening. I’d return.
The most incredible food, with superb attention to detail in every dish! The staff and service are top notch. With 50 beers on tap as well, there is truly something for everyone's pallet
Tried the Sunday brunch with friends. Service: 5/5 our server was very good. We used the online reservation tool to make our reservation and that was very smooth - table was set and ready for us on arrival Vibe: 5/5 nice wood tables, wide benches with big windows and sun if you wanted it. Food: 4/5 we got the burger and fiesta bowl. Everything was tasty. Fries werent the best we have ever had. Meat was good quality. Fiesta bowl was a fun mix with sausage and tex mex Value: 4.5/5 good portion sizes. Our friends got the classic breakfast which was giant!
Great service. I think her name was Courtney, or at least the bill said that. Very friendly and attentive. Ordered Caesar salad with blackened chicken. Salad was mediocre. Chicken was quite good, just super small for the extra 6 bucks. Foccassia bread was meh.
Great staff, friendly & put the Packer game in for me . Great selection of draft beers. I had the fish & chips which was just perfect.
Positive - very accommodating with large parties, drinks are good, reasonably priced & service is friendly. Cons- food is not very good. Quite a few in our party unfortunately didn't enjoy their meals. My partner & I had the Socia-Bowl which consisted of perogies, fried avocado, chicken finger & fries & kung pao shrimp. The perogies were undercooked & I'd be willing to bet nothing in that bowl was made in house. This is a great place for drinks & socializing, but I'd take a hard pass on the food. @inspiringfoodie
This was my first visit to Cathedral. And it was amazing. Went out with my colleagues for a lunch. They have great menu and lot of varieties to choose from. I had Thai Chilli Chicken Bowl and it was lovely. Fish & Chips also looked great ! They have great indoor and patio area with great bar. It's a nice place to go with friends, colleagues and just opposite to Delta Bessborough on Spadina Crescent. Easily accessible by both public transport and car/bike.
Used to love eating here. Now the menu has changed with fewer options. Gluten free buns no longer available, fries were ice cold even though I was waiting for my food. Then I couldn't even get a refund...had to go through my bank. Very disappointed that I won't be eating here again.
Nice atmosphere, really spicy food, great if you're into that, but when I order lobster, I want to taste lobster not chili peppers, chicken strips were overcooked almost burnt, and super dry, probably won't be making this another dining experience.
Ordered here for pick up on Sunday, I asked for no onions and there were onions on them. The presentation was horrible and they were extremely soggy I couldn’t eat them. We ordered pick up for the same tacos before and they were great.
