Casino Edmonton

I'd go again for the dinner specials but I think Casino Edmonton needs to up their service and food preparation game. Two times I've been there for dinner, the service is sometimes slow but attentive once it gets going, but is rather amateur. Had the rib special last night and overall it was good enough ($10!), But the cob of corn had been left to soak in water - very soggy - and the ribs could have used a more flavorful sauce. Getting a drink while playing games required getting it yourself. Ended up in the black so ultimately it was a good night!

Great dinner specials. It's always busy. Friendly enough staff. Not one of the biggest casinos but it sure stays busy

Staff are very rude & inconsiderate.... I will never go back to the casino after I witnessed three staff members verbally attack a homeless couple who were only picking cigarette butts and were minding their own business but were threatened to have the police called on them for harassing guests even though I not once in the ten minutes I watched them go about their business ask not one guest for money, cigarettes or food.... Absolutely despicable behavior from people who are in the hospitality/customer service industry!!!!

Seems pretty small and didn't really see any table games... very confusing floorplan.

Pretty darn run down. I expected, Edmonton, being a bigger city would have a decent Casino. Not the case. Atmosphere sucked. Nothing special. Go to Winnipeg for a nice Casino.
