We stayed at the Kanata Inn in Fort Saskatchewan this past summer and had such a great experience. My husband and I were really impressed with how friendly and attentive the staff were from start to finish. The service was excellent and made our stay very comfortable and relaxing. I even accidentally left something behind in our room, and the staff went out of their way to look for it, follow up with me, and keep me updated. Their kindness and care truly stood out and meant a lot to us. We felt genuinely looked after and welcomed. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. The room was spotless, the bed was remarkably comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Definitely recommend for a seamless stay

The Kanata in Fort Saskatchewan was a clean nice hotel with good service the only reason I am giving them one star is because I used their accessibility room. Being someone who needed an accessibility room, when I went in and used the shower they had used the wrong cleaning materials and it had made it extremely slippery when wet, and there was also no bathmat for extra safety. I felt back out of the shower and onto my back, and hopefully I didn't hurt myself too badly. As a person with reduced mobility a hotel has to be aware of things like this and can't make these types of mistakes. It could have caused serious injury.

Really nice, clean executive room. The bedding was fresh, clean, crisp and so important for a great night's sleep. Breakfast was good, with a large selection of food to choose from, good quality of coffee, with real cutlery and plates.

Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The staff was friendly and dedicated to providing good service. The breakfast selection was good. I would definitely stay here again.
