Carter's

Went tonight and got there at 4:55pm. Doors were locked and staff ignored my attempts to get their attention. Store is not supposed to close until 5. Nobody answered phone. I called Aurora store and they answered phones and confirmed they were still open. Horrible experience .

I was served by Denise at the store on December 15th. I check my bag as I didn't see the socks I had purchased go into the bag. I retuned to the store within 2 minutes of leaving and spoke to Denise stating the socks were not in the bag. She checked the bag and they had fallen on the floor. No big deal, I got what I purchased. I was dismayed that the store clerk did not apologize for my inconvenience. I don't why I had a hunch tje socks were missing but I could have gone home without the item I purchased. When I asked her her name she said Denise and then spelled it for me. That was quite rude.No problem. I can take my business elsewhere.
