CARSTAR Sudbury Kingsway

Excellent Service at CarStar on the Kingsway!! I had brought my car in for a quote after someone had damaged my passenger door when she slammed her door into mine. As soon as I showed up, they looked at it and assessed the damage and told me I could bring it in right away. I dropped my car off on a Monday at 11am and was able to pick my car up the next day before 5pm. They had to remove the entire door, strip it, repaint it and clear coat it. The work they did was exceptional!!! The car looked like nothing ever happened... Not only that, but when I showed up my vehicle was spotless inside and out. I was very shocked and absolutely pleased with the work they did. I have 3 kids, and anyone with kids knows how hard it is to keep a car tidy. It looks like I just picked up from the new car lot!!! I highly recommend this amazing team of professionals!!

Terrible experience! I will not be returning and or recommending this place to any one. I had to bring my vehicle here upon the request of my insurance company Belairdirect and I got my car back in worse condition than when it went in. They left the interior of my car dirty after repairs and was incredibly pissed at the state I received it back in. Black dirt and or grease spots on the interior of 3/4's of my car seats which are light grey, the dirt/marks were extremely visible and noticed them immediately when I got my vehicle back, along with a nice dirt scuff left on the interior of my rear passenger side door. I am shocked an appalled at the lack of care that was given to my vehicle. After voicing my concerns and complaint they ended up "detailing" my vehicle for free, which was still not up to par with me.

Had a incident where i needed new paint for my hood they gave me royal blue 1 not royal blue 4 and then say good enough

Worst experience ever. Will never go back or recommend it to ANYONE! Brought my car in to have a hood, bumper and light fixed and it’s going on almost 4 1/2 weeks. I was told it would be done in a week at the longest and every time I call they add another week. Every time I call they tell me the exact same thing. We are working on it now then we’ll do this. They also never call me to inform me about anything. I’m the one who always has to call on the day it’s suppose to be ready to find out what’s happening. So clearly they aren’t actually working on it because a week later when its suppose to be ready I call and they say the exact same thing. We’re working on it now. Still don’t have my car back. Worst place ever!

Great for when your insurance is paying for bodywork. Otherwise not so great at all.
