Charged me $700 for a water pump replacement. I left my car on Friday morning and got it back on Monday afternoon. As soon as I start to drive I notice a loud screeching sound in my steering system that wasn't there before bringing it in. I go back to the shop and they find my power steering hose has a large hole and is leaking air. The mechanic admits to bending it while working in that area and accidentally causing it to tear. They cut the hose where it's leaking and put it back in its place telling me the noise will go away, Although they don't bother to bleed the air completely out of the power steering system. They tell me to drive for a couple of days but the grinding noise is still there. Again I bring it to the shop and the owner offers to replace the Power Steering Pump without charge if it solves the issue. I go back to the shop later on thinking it was finally fixed only for the owner to say it's not the Power Steering Pump and that I have to pay $120 if I want them to look deeper into the issue. At this point I take my car back after they've stopped taking accountability for the damage done in their hands... Turns out it Was the Power Steering Pump. It got damaged after they let air into the system and gave me my car back with a damaged hose. The exact same thing the owner said he'd change but later took back caused me to spend another $500 getting it replaced. Poor customer service and no accountability. You don't expect to spend your hard earned money on one thing just to leave with another issue that wasn't there before. I Rather take my chances anywhere else than to risk something like this happening again.

$1,240 for labor by replacing 2 ring bushings inside the transmission the parts weren't even new he used them from and old transmission he had in his shop yet i paid like if they were new. it made no difference my transmission is still leaking. So i went back again on the next day and he said to keep running it  to me it made no sense, worst thing is that it was only 30" day of warranty OMG,  It's been 2 weeks from then so now i decided to take it somewhere else where they can fix it all the way. FYI he recommended to buy a used transmission maybe because he didn't wanted to break all apart and see what was the problem. ‍Service:&nbsp;Transmission

Tayib is amazing!!! I will never go to another auto shop. Every time I need assistance he is here for me!!! Excellent customer service     A1 transmission is the best!!! Right off the highway easy in and out service!!!

Price was more than double all competitors. When asked why no reasons could be given. Extremely rude. Because I asked why the price would be more than double I was told I was giving the mechanic a hard time and he told me has decided to not help me. If you can’t get past a two minute conversation on the phone with them good luck getting your transmission serviced for more than double the price with no explanation.

The guys at A1 quality transmission and auto repair are the real deal. They're honest and are upfront with anyone at the start. I can't say enough good things about them. We were visiting from Green Bay, Wisconsin and started having transmission problems. They truly helped us out. Excellent service. I cannot express how grateful I am to finding A1 quality transmission. By far Tim is the best. Transmission work performed on my vehicle was completed so well. I'm so happy I found a trustworthy mechanic who is a good human being and is not out for stealing or scamming. I feel so at peace in being a woman and taking my car in for service. Nissan CVT Transmission model 2013 Sentra. He charged me $3825 1 year warranty for the transmission which was failed just after 700 miles and then for recall he asked me again $700but on bargaining he charged me $350 in cash without receipt and then after 2000 miles transmission failed again and now selling my car in scrap market. Suggestion: STAY AWAY from this mechanic he is totally unprofessional and is inexperienced otherwise you will face the same problems.Service:&nbsp;Transmission

So far so good, very nice owner. I think I will be going back for other transmission services on any of my other vehicles. With his last work, I just got it back so looking forward to trouble free experience. My car right now feels like new. As for the the price of the work done was a lot less what others have been asking for.
