Midas

I have been bringing my car there for the past couple of years for tires, oil changes, and check ups. I have never been disappointed. They are honest, reasonably priced, quick, and they even go above and beyond by dropping me off and picking me up when I don't have a ride and by bringing my car to get cleaned next door. (separate company/separate price)

Brought my fathers car for some much needed tlc. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and all got fixed up same day - Will be back and definitely recommended.

After the repairs on my car of 3300$ Car parts not install properly, liking oil all over, almost blow my transmission and over price on parts and labour. Stay away from this Midas.

Midas replaced both front axels on my truck in November. Broke ABS wire when removing axel, sawtered it instead of fixing with proper connectors & insisted sawtering will have no issues. Been issues since; shorting out my dash & brakes. 1 month later I go complain about odd noises from front end. Midas checked it out, insisted everything was fine. Couple days later my passenger side wheel completely fell off causing damage including body damage to my fender. I had my wife & 3 kids in the truck as well as a trailer connected, we just got off highway 17 wen this happened. Thank god it didnt happen on the highway doing 90km, could have caused a big accident. Midas checked it again. Ball joints broken, link broke, passenger side axel fell off. Informed that ball joints should have been replaced when axels were replaced, well why werent they? They should have figured out ball joints need replacing while pulling out axel. If they had noticed, I should have been informed. Should of been informed of all issues/parts in need of replacing as Midas knows the truck is used for work purposes & must be in working order. They fixed axel once again which was under warranty, but I had to pay for all other issues to be fixed even though it had been their negligence that caused it all. Problem after problem since Midas replaced my axels in November. I could write a book of all the issues Ive had since! Several visits to the shop, over $3000 paid in less than 2 months.. & my truck is still making odd noises in the front end & that is not the only issue. Fkn Ridiculous. Would not even pay the $310 towing fee which would not of had to be money spent if the axel was properly installed the first time. Now after over $3000 spent.. Still have to see new mechanic & spend another large amount to solve the issues Midas obviously could not fix. Thanks for practically robbing me right b4 xmas & thanks for nothing Midas! I would give -1 stars if possible. Do not recommend Midas repair shop to anyone. If you wish to lose thousands of dollars & still not have your vehicle issues resolved Midas is the place to go!

I give this Madas 5 stars because I was just stunned with the treatment that the staff Korey gave me today with my truck. However, I have to say that this kind of treatment is far and few in Sudbury. I don't know what it is but the people in the service industry here are extremely rude and treat you like you are an intruder. Not at this Midas,you are given Respect, Honesty and kindness. Keep the good work up. I will be back with my business. Please wallow in kisses, love, light and kindness you deserve it.
