This is my second purchase of a FORD Escape, the sales staff at CAMBRIAN are true to their commitment to customer service and satisfaction. Who ever thought the second experience could be better than the first, but it was!  The people at CAMBRIAN Ford make everything right and not only do they sale an excellent vehicle but they have the knowledge and skills standing behind what they sell.  Thank you SO much to all the staff and CAMBRIAN FORD. You Rock!!!!!  See you in a few years:)  There is absolutely no reason not to buy from Cambrian Ford                *****

Cambrian Ford's official slogan should be, "Terrible service you can bank on." Or maybe, "Service so bad, they'll keep you coming back."
My misadventure started out like any other day, with an oil change and tire rotation scheduled, and "oh yeah, hey Mr. Customer, there's a recall on your 2017 Explorer we need to check out." I also needed to have a high pitched squealing noise in my rear axle checked out, and they explained they'd be happy to check that out. So far, so good. 
Fast forward to three days later, my vehicle is still in the shop and I'm paying almost three hundred dollars that Ford had a recall on. How did I get here? Only at Cambrian Ford. 
What's more, the squealing noise coming out of my rear axle is still squealing. Interestingly, that was supposed to have been fixed by the $300 blower motor they replaced, you know, the one that was recalled but wasn't covered under warranty. 
Further Service Detail notes:
Day 1:
I drop off at 8 am. Don't hear anything back until 4… I should probably check in. I call. "Yeah Mr. Customer, we had no mechanics today, they all called in sick, so your vehicle didn't get looked at." 
Me: "Can I get a loaner? That's my work vehicle." (my company has purchased a fleet of vehicles at Cambrian Ford.)
Cambrian: "No." 
Me: "Well how am I going to get my work done tomorrow?"
They send me to a car rental place to place to pick up a summer tire-equipped (it's February in Northern Ontario) family sedan to go to industrial sites with. Nice. 
Day 2: 
Me: "Is my vehicle ready?"
Cambrian: "No, but we ordered some parts. Try again tomorrow"
Day 3, end of day, that's when I find out about the recall-that-you-have-to-pay-for-that-won't-fix-your-problem. Is that even legal? 
I hope my experience will help others decide where they should bring their business.

My husband and I went in to see about trading our focus in. Chad Gagnon was very helpful and explained everything well to us. The service we received was excellent. We would not think twice before recommending him to our friends.

I can't express the lengths that this dealership went to help me. Just leased a truck and couldn't be happier.
Now it's every dealership's goal to make a sale, but these gents did well by me.
5 Stars for outstanding service. Haven't driven the truck much, but we will see how well it holds up.

Although we did not end up buying a vehicle here........ I was so impressed with our Sales Agent Amanda Greening that I recommend anyone who is looking for a great deal to look up Amanda.......... She's tops......
