They were very welcoming, quick, and professional in providing everything I needed. The hospitality made me feel comfortable to trust their services and knowledge from the day I got into the accident. It was very cold, windy, and snowy outside the day I got into the accident and yet I was welcome with a smile and a warm cup of coffee when I arrived. Tim the manager assisted me in getting a rental in less than 10 minutes! I was told later on by my insurance that I didn't have added coverage for the rental and yet Tim took his time and sent out an email to the Enterprise car rental to get me the discounted rate for a rental and for that I was thankful to be able to go to work and not worry on spending too much money on rentals.

My recent experience with Kieswetter Carstar was a very positive one.  All the people I spoke with and the quality of the repairs was outstanding. I would highly recommend the shop to whomever asked me for a referral for body work repair. Thank you for the care you took with my car and making a potentially stressful experience happen so smoothly..

I went in for damage for my bumper after being hit and was very happy with my visit. Tim was the one who helped me- he was very kind and went over and beyond for me. He made sure everything worked out for me. He came in early and arranged for the rental car to be dropped off early so that I could make it to work on time. He arranged for my winter tires to be put on even though it was last minute and did a good cleaning job on the inside of the car. He also washed the outside of the car as well. I was very happy with my visit and will be recommending to others.

Did an excellent job on my 2018 CX-9.  After my first week with the brand new vehicle my daughter accidentally ran her bike in the side door panel leaving an obvious scar on my beloved new car.  Took it in to see what I would be looking at for damages and I now have it back with a perfect correction and was covered under my protection program, even though it was far beyond what would normally be covered by the warranty.  Thanks again guys, I couldn't be more impressed!

Carstar did an amazing job and presented exceptional customer service. Tim there really goes above and beyond, very happy with what he did for my car.
