My wife and I helped her elderly dad purchase a car here. The salesperson was kind, listened to what we wanted and didn't try to convince us otherwise. The entire process was easy. If you're willing to purchase a used car, I don't know why you'd go anywhere else unless you just couldn't get the car that you wanted. We will definitely be customers again.

CarMax was amazing. It is nice knowing you will be paying exactly what the list price is. The atmosphere is comfortable and there is no pressure of any kind. We had the car we purchased transferred knowing CarMax wouldn't stock something of poor quality to begin with. They even paid to have the moon roof repaired at no cost to us. They are professional, kind, and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering purchasing a car. I have never had a buying experience more satisfying than this!

I highly recommend everyone going to CarMax to get their next car! I love that you're allowed to simply walk around and look at cars without feeling pressured. They make the entire process very easy. I've now purchased 3 cars from them and will continue to but from them in the future.

What a wonderful and hassle free process buying a car was at CarMax. I was amazed at how seamless the car-buying process was, and how empowered I felt as a customer because of their "up front" pricing. Everything - including their computer screens - are shared with the customers. Nothing is hidden, and I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of, as I have at other dealerships. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I was more than impressed with the person who helped me. I went there to just look around and see what they had and see what they would offer for my current car and I was treated well and thought they offered a fair price for my car. I didn't see what I wanted on the lot so we looked on line together, the sales associate and I, and found a car I really like in Washington and had it transferred to the Clackamas location. This is now my car and I absolutely love it!! I am soooooo happy!!!
