Best Buy

I've been shopping all over town for a washer dryer and a dishwasher. I was up the street at standard Appliance and was never approached by a salesperson. Stop by Home Depot and the sales staff didn't want to help you unless you went up to them and then you were too much of a bother. Friend suggested I try Best Buy. I went in and was looking for just a few moments and was approached by a salesperson who was very friendly and knowledgeable. I never felt any pressure to buy and was treated with respect. I am extremely satisfied with the service and the Integrity they treat customers with.

HORRIBLE WEBSITE! ****Great**** service team. They handled my complaint about being charged twice with vigor; everyone got involved, it was very clear who the manager was, she helped me through the whole process and even brought her boss over to supervise. Nobody blamed anyone else and they kept a cool head. Thanks folks.

Best buy is like the Home Depot of electronics. I don't mean that in a good way. I mean it like they have everything you need, but it'll take you days to find it. Everyone who works there will be busy and the registers will be line free until you decide you are done. Then it will be out the door. The prices here are outrageous. Why wait 2 days for a 10 dollar item off Amazon when you can go to Best Buy and buy it today for 100. Yes, it's that bad. You know I'm telling the truth.

Had a 2:20 appointment for the geek squad to replace my battery in my iPhone. Almost 6 hours for them to finish because apparently appointments don’t mean anything and there was a stack of phones in front of me. Got my phone back and the Touch ID doesn’t work anymore. Brought it back, they told me they don’t know what happened and they can’t fix it. So now I have to send my phone to Apple for who knows how long. Total s**t show.

Representative In mobile department need to double check with all of the carrier on the monthly bill as far a getting a discount when you sign up for auto pay. Verizon will only offer discount if you sign up auto pay using debit card or checking account NOT credit card. FYI
