Had a nice time here with my friends. Our server was Rohan, a very nice, handsome young man. Though he thinks their special sauce is not gravy even though it was he merely accepted when I told him the truth though. Would DEFINITELY come back here again, as long as we get Rohan as our server
I came with five others, and although the food was actually pretty good, the service was the opposite. The establishment wasn't busy, but our server was completely absent. Our serving sizes were actually really good as well, especially for the cost. Our drinks were refilled for the first time when we were paying for our bill and with our decision to try out the new Nashville burgers, we were dying for refills earlier. When we took advantage of the AMA promotion for a free dessert, they seemed extremely inconvenienced due to having to print off the bill again. I'd say we would end up going back only because my grandparents love Swiss Chalet for the food and that it seems to attract an older demographic. I wouldn't go back if they were not in attendance.
Haven't been to swiss chales in years and this was a fantastic idea!!! Came for our daughters birthday and had an amazing family dinner experience. Angie is the best server we have had in a long time. Made us feel right at home and kept us smiling the whole time. Thank you guys for a great night! What a great meal to celebrate our daughter's birthday tonight! Bring the family, or just come for date night, the atmosphere is ideal.
Very happy to have a lovely experience today. This restaurant has improved a lot since my last visit a few years ago. Catherine was a very pleasant and helpful server. The food was tasty, hot, and plentiful. Thanks so much.
This was my first visit here. The food coming out was timed perfectly. I was extremely impressed. The food was also great quality and tasted amazing. However, our waiter Rohan was probably the best part of my experience. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and took our order from memory. The guy needs a raise, excellent service!!
I bought dinner for a total of eleven family members and the chicken meals were good but the roast beef contained a lot of fat that was not edible. As the restaurant got busier our server seemed a bit overwhelmed and did not clear away any empty plates etc. so our tables were very cluttered. I spent $16 to $20 per person.
Our server Angie was accommodating and very friendly. She made sure we got exactly what we needed and was funny too. Food is always great, we love it here! Dietary restrictions: Gluten
The food is decent, but the service was great. Our drinks never ran dry and our server, Angie was ahead of our own requests. Total pro . I'll be back either the family.

The roast beef dinner is awesome. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised when we first had one and have never been disappointed. Recommend for any occasion. Kid-friendliness: Children are welcome, seats available Parking: Ample room for the capacity of the restaurant. Wheelchair accessibility: Open access throughout the restaurant.
