Great coffee, location and service. Surrounded by numerous shopping options including Costco. The strip mall has a water fountain, garden and out door seating.

This may be a weird coincidence, but on a random Thursday night, two days after the election, I met a friend to have a heavy heart to heart about politics. At 7:55 we were told they were closing in 5 minutes, despite hours clearly stating on the internet they're open until 9:00 (and multiple people in line). We promptly left, and I felt really unsettled about it. I truly hope this was not employees kicking us out for our discussion.
