Great place for a quicker sit down breakfast. I know that sounds weird, but I meet a friend there once a week before work and it’s always a good fit for that.

Always very slow, they don’t ask for your perks number, and my order has been wrong more than once. Average time to get thru the drive line even with only a couple cars is about 10 minutes. I don’t really get it.

We waited in line in the drive though for over 20 minutes. It should not take 20 min. Drive throughs are suppose to be quick and convenient not 20 min. We have places we bad to be and were latd because they were taking 5 min per car. We will not be returning to this location

This location has forgotten items in my order on three separate occasions. The latest being a drive thru visit this morning. I never do this, but everyone must he warned: if you need fast service that is accurate (perhaps you are late dropping your kids off somewhere or on a tight schedule) skip this place. Don't get me wrong, caribou/bruegger's would undoubtedly make it right if I called, but doesn't that defeat the purpose of drive thru? I didn't have time to come in and get the food in the first place, now all of a sudden I have time to turn around, go back to your restaurant get my credit or my sandwich then go back to what i was doing? Thank goodness for the morning constitutional or I would have zero time to voice my frustrations. End of rant.

I ordered a lg vanilla white mocha off the menu and asked for milk chocolate instead of white chocolate. It is cheaper than ordering a milk chocolate mocha with a shot of vanilla but it is the exact same thing. Unfortunately, no Caribou barista reads the entire order before making it so they always make it with white chocolate. I asked the drivethru girl what the drink was as she gave it to me (usually they tell you but she did not). She replied with my exact order, so I drove out and took a sip. It was made with white chocolate, even though the drivethru girl told me it was milk chocolate. I went inside and had to get a new one made but they were not nice about it and they made a medium when I had ordered a large. She went back and poured the medium into a lg cup added a shot and topped it with whip to fill it up. Boo.
