Upon ordering our food and it getting to the table, my girlfriend bit into her buffalo chicken wrap and bit DIRECTLY INTO A SHEET METAL SCREW!! I I mean I could understand a chicken bone, a hair, heck even and eyelash or fingernail but a sheet metal screw!? The waitress couldn't even believe it, and got the manager and what did this manager do? He proceeded to her Cuff the screw off the table went in back, took the sandwich off of her tab but not her pop or anything else was offered to her and we still had to pay the full price of the meal other than that. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED on what I would only hope was a HUGE OOPS on their part. He acted as though this was a common event!! The waitress = 2 thumbs up....That manager = the loss of all of our future business.

Review by Mike the husband. Need to share that the take out order process is terrible, the last 3 out of 4 times they have botched the orders. 1 time the order was misplaced and needed to wait another 30 minutes after arriving for the order that was placed by phone 45 minutes earlier!!! 2nd time got home to find part of the order missing!! This last time the order was incorrect by wing style(boneless) and informed that the price was doubled that of the price quoted over the phone. Needless to say we didn't have wings tonight. By the way as I arrived another person ahead of me had a problem. got home waited a while and called the manager. Didn't get any satisfaction at all. WON'T be back for a while if that is the service you get. My patronage will travel elsewhere!!!

Never experienced such awful service in my life. This place is a joke. None of the employees care about their customers (including management). I've never waiting so long for my server. From the very start he admitted he had no idea what he was doing and it definitely showed. After waiting super long for my food he brought me buffalo chips instead of fried pickles and tried telling me they were in fact fried pickles... After realizing they look nothing alike he apologized. I had to go to the take out desk to get my own silverware and napkins since he forget. Never made any effect to check on us, so also had to go to the bar to get another drink. After everything he apologized for being awful.... I Told the manager about it and she couldnt care less about what I was telling her. She responded with a simple "thanks for letting me know". $42.15 bill for such horrible service is redicilous... Won't be returning. Worst thing about it is this isn't the first time. The service seems to get worse every time I'd go. This was the last straw.

The staff was very attentive. Lunch is now much faster, 15 min or less for food to arrive. They made sure my order was corrected and offered a to-go drink. Lunch was $8, but doesn't include the price of the drink.

I use to like this place but the last couple times I've gone in the service hasn't been that great and after today I think today may have just been my last visit. We ordered online as we had an important meeting to be at and knew we wouldn't have enough time to eat in. When getting there I was told that my online order payment didn't go through. Not a big deal I thought, so I paid but then only to find out that our food hadn't even been started. After waiting 20 minutes for our food to go, I checked the food and found there was food missing, glad I checked the bag. Once I got the missing food I asked the worker that gave it to me if they indeed were the manager like their name tag suggested, they responded yes. I proceeded to explain how we had waited 20 minutes for our food and how the order was placed about an hour earlier online, I got a simple "yes I'm the manager and I'm sorry about that we had a big order come in." That was it, not a "here's a coupon for next time, or free drinks, etc" . Rather disappointing coming directly from the manager, and not the customer service that makes me want to come back.
