The Original Pancake House

Been here 4 times & the service was stellar each time. Tried their Swedish pancakes, buttermilk, blueberry & 49er flapjacks. All pancakes I have tried were good. I would also recommend the hash browns.

The strawberry pancakes were fantastic.nI initially ordered a side of bacon and did something that I have never done before; I sent it back. I found the bacon dry and it did not taste good.nMy server was friendly but had poor attention to detail and was not very attentive in general.nHe forgot to remove the bacon from my bill so I'm glad I checked it before paying.nI don't see myself returning. The amazing pancakes do not justify the high prices and mediocre service.

A wonderful place for a breakfast or lunch.nnThe staff is extremely knowledgeable about the options and gluten free options. The staff is also very friendly.nnThis is a busy place so be sure to get there early.nnWe were on a Friday morning and the only available seating was at the counter - still not a bad place.nnGreat waffles with fruit.nnGreat coffee.nnA wonderful place.

I love this place. Imagine my excitement when I did a search in Minneapolis for breakfast nearby my hotel. Yes. By the way that's corned beef has that's homemade and quite nice.

The mediterranean omelet soufflé with egg whites was gigantic and delicious! It came with pancakes ofcourse ordered with fresh squeezed orange juice. Worth every penny!
