Always seen this place driving by, finally decide to try it, Caribbean / Asian fusion. The Jerk Chicken is not your typical Jamaican jerk chicken, you can tell they tried but it's definitely their own form of jerk. Pork wontons are so delicious, the sweet and sour chicken delicious, I will say that their chow mein needs to have some more flavor it's a tad Bland, but I think if you ask for the sweet and sour sauce poured on top of it that should make it a 10. Overall I would definitely come back and try some other menu items. Vegetarian options: Vegetable chow mein Kid-friendliness: Non spicy noodles without sauce which is great for reduced sodium for children Parking: Parking is easy to find and shouldn't be too busy considering the small Plaza Wheelchair accessibility: There is a part of the curb that goes flat and so they should be able to enter Dietary restrictions: As someone with IBS acid reflux I would say that eating is food does not hurt my tummy in the way that it looks because I will say it's kind of oily but it's not a bad oil
Amazing Caribbean food, was looking for quick spot for dinner and stumbled here. Nice and friendly staff who cook some fantastic food, I would highly recommend the Caribbean Chicken Combo.

It was our first time at Caribbean st.Grill and thought was Caribbean grill food place but was a Chinese food place, eighther way I was glad my wife and I stopped in and the person at the cash was very courteous, we did take out, my whole family was very pleased with the food and was very happy with the portions and tasted very good. Prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend and I will be going back.
Singapore noodles. I know most of the best places between Durham Region and Guelph, that serve this particular dish. It is my favorite noodle dish. I am willing to give the Singapore at Caribbean St. Grill my vote as THE best for their cooking, ingredients, curry flavour and value of all my favorite places. Large pieces of bbq pork, shrimp, green pepper, egg and onion. Bold curry seasoning. Always served hot and a decent size portion, too. Please order this on your next visit and see if you agree with me. If not, then please tell me the place you know of that is better. I think you will agree, this is the best. PS: you will be offered their own house made hot sauce. Take it. This treat will certainly convince you, this is the best! Cheers! GFB
I ordered lobster, and other food. She asked me whether I want one 3 lbs lobster OR two 1 lb lobster at same price because she has two different lobsters today. I go for 3lbs one. And it’s NOT fresh at all, I can say it’s dead seafoodCan’t believe this restaurant will offer such seafood to customers. Will not go again!
Ordered the 2 lobsters. Came with one head, two tails, three claws. The meat is soft, not fresh. Have never tried other stuff, don’t know how this restaurant is, but I definitely won’t recommend the 2 lobsters .
Caribbean st grill took over from excellent grill Now we have a Chinese Caribbean fusion Restaurant to enjoy in Newmarket. Lunch specials are quick and tasty Licensed lots of tables free parking Lots of variety on the menu.
Such friendly staff, very accommodating, clean restaurant n delicious food! I wish I had time to take a picture of my beef lo mein n shrimp dumplings but I couldn’t hold back from devouring everything!! Will def be coming back :
Finally an authentic chinese restaurant in the neighborhood. Very affordable price in a tasty and hefty serving. Will explore more of their menu. Their siu mai is a must try! Plus you got a free chicken wings or a BBQ chicken for $40 order.
