Great place for a wide range of West Indian food, great quality and taste. I’ve ordered the beef Patties, doubles, curry chicken and Manchurian chicken many times and all were great portions, great flavour and quality. The owner is extremely nice. Highly recommend this place! Keep up the great work!
Nice Caribbean place to order Hakka food from. However the doubles are small, expensive $4/piece and lacking flavour. The Singapore noodles were decent with good amount but left a weird dry spice aftertaste like the spices weren't mixed properly. Overall it's not bad, worth going for Caribbean food cravings :
I finally discovered my favourite Caribbean/Hakka restaurant to go in Newmarket. The owner was very nice and polite, and at a great price, so much food that was too heavy to lift. Everything was very delicious and hot sauce was amazing. I cannot wait to try other menus to like them!
If you're wanting Chinese food, don't even think about this place. we ordered some Chinese dishes, and I have no idea what came in. The sauces were extremely watered down with no taste. Absolutely no crisp on any of the meats we got, and noodles were dry and nasty. I'd probably never oder anything from here again. We ordered sweet and sour chicken/ chili Chicken/ginger beef and Shanghai noodles, or so I thought. Extremely disappointed. I'd give a zero star if I could
My family and I have been coming to Caribbean Paradise for a few years now & we are never disappointed!!! The food is amazing & customer service is through the roof! The dining area became crowded with high school students, most of whom brought in their own food. The roti was definitely not Trinidad style. The double was okay.Food: 3/5
A go-to for Caribbean food. We order a few go-to dishes on Uber eats and enjoy the quality and quantity of food. Hard to find good West Indian food outside of Toronto, so I’m glad I stumbled upon this place.
Best hot sauce in the North GTA! Garlic-Scotch Bonnet tasty! Get the Guyanese Fried Rice with Chicken Legs - amazingly crispy chicken with tasty fried rice, and enough for lunch the next day. We did this and the veg fried rice, with the Spicy Garlic Chicken that came with a white rice and were fed and happy...
Ordered take outs multiple times. The roti is not the typical Caribbean roti, this is much thicker and MUCH larger. The vegetarian roti is pretty good. You can taste the freshness. I tried the chicken roti as well once, it was good too. I liked the doubles but found it to be a bit greasy. I ordered jerk chicken - not sure if it was jerk chicken though. It didn't taste anything like jerk chicken. I think there is room for improvement in terms of their jerk chicken. That said, great portion size and really nice staff.
First time going and got chicken roti btw it's the trini style, so big and square. I'd wait for it to cool a little before eating it too Portion size so big I ate one third and im ready for hibernation. I'm so warm and full I feel like a fat happy bear cub. Flavors were awesome, a good spice to it, full bodied curry, potato that tastes Iike it was marinated in that sauce in the ground before it even got to the restaurant, and chicken so succulent ill never go vegan..sorry ‍ also a regular came in while I was waiting and even though he hadn't been there in over a year, the guy taking his order remembered his name and everything. They chatted for a bit, talked about their families growing new babies and the likes and work, before he put in his order. Love me a place that remembers their customers and has a good repore with them. So cozy :3 I'll be back to try the jerked chicken
