Captain's Inn Point Lookout

We've been driving by this place for years going to and from Windham, but finally tried it and we will be back! Delicious food and it was so hard to decide what to get, everything on the menu looked good. We were there on a quiet night, which helped, but we appreciated their friendliness to a large party bringing in multiple toddlers (who ended with a dance party). Our server Bobbie was attentive and was quick to offer to us ordering food for the kids before everyone else. It then came out quickly, which was so helpful. Thanks for the warm welcome!

Nice place to eat. View was Awesome! Prime rib on Mondays. Closed Tues Wed and Thurs. They had a nice wood fireplace going. Set the mood for a nice relaxing dinner. Waitress was great, very attentive. Food was really good. Will definately be back.

We loved the lookout restaurant, it is very kid friendly. We went with two families on a recent ski trip and the 'Captain' was super nice to us and the kids. BTW - the food was amazing

Called looking to rent a room (sat to Sun) for our anniversary, but they only rent rooms one night during the week, not on weekends. We were really disappointed, always wanted to stay there, they had lots of good reviews. My husband and I work a lot, we don't usually do this , I work every day and we finally had an evening to celebrate. We are disappointed that we couldn't experience the view.
