Hamilton Motel

have not stayed here but i have jumped the fence to swim in the pool. Great pool. But it would be nice if they had lawn chairs.

My first reaction is typical of a worldly individual. But something got a hold of me. I felt like I stepped back in time. The place looks just like it must have long ago. This was extremely spiritually refreshing. The rooms were clean and the hosts extremely polite. What wonderful memories they must have of this place. My wife agrees with me that sometimes the best of things are not found in what our eyes see but what our heart feels. No loud music extremely peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. When we come back we hope we can stay there again.

Have been coming here for years with my brothers and have never had a bad experience! Practically grew up in their pool, a wonderful atmosphere with amazing morning views! Right outside of town and a great value for the area!

I would like to preface this review by saying that I have never actually stayed at this motel. However, I did call to reserve a room and encountered the least friendly staff that I have ever dealt with. In fact the lady I spoke with was so rude that I am writing my first ever review of a motel/hotel. I frequent Windham mountain and passed by this motel several times so I decided to give it a try and the rates seemed competitive but I asked, politely, if there was some sort of package or discount that could be applied. Instead of a normal response I got a "Do you want it or not?" to which I replied "well I'm weighting my options" and she proceeded "Ugh fine we don't want you stay elsewhere" ..Click. She hung up on a customer! I was about to tell her her price was fine and we'll take it, instead we're staying at a different motel for the same exact price and she lost a potential regular customer! I'm assuming not all their customers are treated this way, but I needed to share my disgust with that conversation and my hope that they improve their customer relations.

Cannot give half a star, I would if I could. Overpriced and so outdated. If you like the smell of smoke and musty odor this place is for you. I love how they painted the slide with textured paint so you rip your skin off on the way down. They used the slippery paint though around the edges of the pool. Continental breakfast is donuts from the box. Enjoy!!
