Staffs are good at the front desk, flexible schedule and if i need to make changes with my schedule they work with you without giving you a hard time. I like Barb for massage very relaxing. and my physio therapist Rubia very sweet, nice therapist she knows what she's doing and first time i met her she explained it very well to me. and she will ask you every session how are you feeling. my pain on my lower back she helped me a lot. Even my session was done, she followed up directly to me to make sure im good , thank you :

Fantastic place. From the reception staff to the actual physio team you feel at home, at ease and are in great hands! Rubia and Samantha worked with me to get my knee back in shape after an injury that left me on a cane, and they were encouraging and understanding, but pushed when needed so that I didn't let myself think that I wasn't healing. Even members of the staff who weren't involved in my treatment, like Damian, were always cheerful and willing to trade a joke or say hello no matter how busy they were. The office staff is just as great. Shannon and Teal were warm, friendly and helpful with finding upcoming appointments that fit with my schedule and understanding when life jumped up and some appointments had to be moved or canceled. I cannot recommend them enough!

I injured tendons partial tears on both sides in my elbow at work. I chose this clinic as it's close to my place of employment. I came here with hopes of making the chronic pain go away. Rubia is the best physiotherapist I have ever worked with. She gave me alot of treatments and alot of stretching over the past 2.5 months. My grip strength drastically improved and I have been pain free for just over a week now. I am very grateful for Rubia and her selflessness staying late to see clients putting helping others above her own self. The front desk staff Kay and Laura were so helpful with scheduling appointments and always friendly and welcoming. Great team here. I would recommend this clinic to any of my family and friends.

Rubia was my physiotherapist and I could say she's very knowledgeable, sweet, caring and listens attentively with everything you have in my mind, she won't make you feel she's hurrying you during the session and she's just calm and motivated to get you back on your feet. I remember I always look forward to all of my sessions because there wasn't any dull session with her and the rest of the staffs. This all goes to Shannon she's very accommodating and flexible to my schedule, Mitch who was my RMT is gentle and professional, Sam my Kinesiology is professional, knowledgeable and always smiling.

Naveen was wonderful and upbeat as he helped me fix a seized and injured calf muscle. He helped me understand strengthening exercises I should do to continue ongoing recovery and strengthening at home and did not extend appointments once everything was on a good path. It was focused and professional level of care - Thank you!

First day walked in hunched over, shuffling and leaning on everything I could. Last day walked out better than ever! Rubia and Sam were my attendants. All the staff is welcoming and wonderful. Highly recommended!

I recently hurt myself at work and was referred here. From the moment I walked in I felt very comfortable. NAVEEN is very helpful and a great therapist. The receptionist is awesome. Great place to come to get the help to get better .

I recommend this place to everyone of every age. The staff is soooo friendly! They take care of all their clients and take the time to get to know every individual. I am going to miss that environment.
