In Step Physical Therapy

I have been going to this place last couple months it's really nice service I would recommend if someone need it

First time going to massage therapy. I started going as part of my rehabilitation after an auto accident. My therapist Tammy has been great. Professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. If you have coverage and aren't using it...book an appointment and see what you are missing.

Great place to get help. Always friendly and Giri is great to talk to. Really knows his stuff. He cares about more than just the sore spots- he cares about you. Parking is good also.

I had originally come to Instep for massage therapy because I had a partial tear in my shoulder. Physio did not work for me but Tammy sure did! I still see her and I have never felt better. Thanks to Tammy for being such a great massage therapist. I highly recommend her, you will NOT be sorry .

When I was in Edmonton In-Step Physio was excellent. I had a positive experience there and they have a lot of different therapies that really improved my chronic condition--even after one visit! They also have huge, wide open spaces for exercises etc. I think I had Kamal, who was very competent.

Tammy has provided me with massage therapy for many years. She takes a holistic approach to maintaining health and has helped me recover from numerous aches and strains. I can’t recommend her more highly.

Since our first visit, we got a plan in motion, my wife Has progressed ever since then , great team spirit! Friendly staff all willing too help ! Glad we took this opportunity for rehab for my wife !
