First time at a physio, I came in with should impingements and was having issues low bar squatting. Adam was able alleviate the pain in one session.  Adam and his team also provided me with stretches to do at home which has helped a lot. Highly recommend this place, will definitely be back.

Seeing Kate for PT while I recover from surgery of a broken kneecap. Kate made me feel comfortable and like I was  in good hands with her compassion, friendliness and knowledge.  I left my first appointment with a clear plan forward. Everyone I interacted with were professional and friendly.

Always a great visit. Well taken care of. From appointments for just maintenance. To helping with new injuries. All staff members do an incredible job. Highly recommend it to anyone in search of a physio that actually cares about you getting better

Been going here consistently for over 1 year now to deal with some chronic issues, can't recommend enough, always leave feeling better.

Integral Physiotherapy & Sports, is in a lovely clean and new building. The staff are wonderful!! Very professional, and friendly. I was very impressed. I definitely would recommend them. After my car accident, they helped me get my mobility back as well physically stronger . Thank you!!!!
