Very huge store, offers a wide variety and selection of products. They have bike helmets here. Accessible to public transit, Walmart, and other restaurants/fastfood chains.nnI got a small and very pretty Syngonium indoor plant here for I believe $5 to $7! She's still thriving after almost a plant, no signs of pests.

The garage center at the Ajax location is fantastic, clean organized and genuinely caring employees willing to go over and above to help out. The price on their system was different was what was displayed on their website. The supervisor was able to figure out it was an overlap of different sales, and the higher price was registered on their system. They quickly figured out the issue and after a quick confirmation with the manager, was told they can make it happen today for the tire change. Excellent service A+++

Well, at first I wasn't very happy with my experience. I knew the associate I was speaking with didn't have the answer to the questions I needed, and when I asked for extra help, she just came back reading out to me things on the website that weren't relative to the questions I was asking, especially when I had already told her I was on the site and the info wasn't there. So had I left the store with just dealing with her, my experience would have been less enjoyable. However, she finally agreed she couldn't answer my questions and directed me to the store? manager and he was amazing! So helpful. Didn't make me feel stupid for the questions I was asking. Went above and beyond to actually show and explain some things to me and helped me reason out and feel secure about my purchase. On top of that, he looked for ways to help even more and did in a few ways, plus actually offered to either send someone around or come himself to help my senior parent at home if I felt I was having trouble assembling it. He did offer to assemble in store as well, but I had a smaller car and was concerned it wouldn't fit. Best experience I've had in a long time, in any store.

we brought a brake for our car from here back in December 2023. There has been noise coming out from the brakes and we only took it for our mechanic to fix 3 times. No one can tell what the problem is and the sound just come back every 2 weeks. We called the Canadian tire customer service line for the warranty and the girl said we have one yearwith unpleasant tone, telling us that it’s wear and tear first and eventually when I said Toyota said it’s the part then she eventually said 1 year. She interrupted me once a twice btw. We just need to bring it back for the people at the Canadian tire auto part to look at since we didn’t do the installation there. We called this location today at around 5:30 and spoke to a guy at auto department. He said we cannot get the warranty because we didn’t have the brake installed at Canadian tire?? I said it’s but the website didn’t say anything like that and even the girl at Canadian tire head office said we have 1 year. The guy still said someone should have told us this but nobody did nor did your website indicates that. It only says the product comes with 1 year warranty. Very unprofessional.
