Great service.  Took the wife's car first because the dealer said she needed new rear brakes, and AutoPro told her she didn't.  And didn't charge us.  I took my SUV the next day and got the rear brakes done they did need to be done...and the dealer told me I had to service the front brakes....Again...AutoPro said I didn't need to.  Thanks for the great service!!!

I had the brakes and rotors done here. They did not try to charge me extra. In fact the repairs cost a little less than what I expected. The vehicle now works fine and I get 2 years parts and labor warranty. I think I will go here again. On improvement side, since they are, from price perspective, in the same range as  Canadian Tire or similar places, I think they could make the place a bit more fancy with some newer furniture and coffee etc. : but what really matters is a great mechanical service and the right price.

Great and efficient service with reasonable prices!  Highly recommended!  UPDATE: TRUSTWORTHY people!  Allen and his staff are great to deal with.  Friendly, patient, and really helped me out when other mechanics were charging an arm and a leg!  HIGHLY HIGH RECOMMENDED!!!

Alan and Greg are the most honest guys around and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have recommended them to many people as I trust them completely. This place has been my go to mechanic shop for years. The level of service is superb. The guys at the front desk are courteous and knowledgeable. It is hard to find a place where you can be certain that you will get honest advice and service. I thought that i needed a lot of front end work, but it ended up being a cheap link pin. They could have billed me for 100s of dollars of repairs, but it ended up costing me a fraction of that. I can't say enough good things about these guys! Thank you and you have a customer for life. A+ experience

Napa Autopro in Ajax provides exceptional customer service.  I have brought multiple vehicles to this location, for servicing, for more than 10 years now.  They charge reasonable rates.  They are friendly, knowledgeable and professional.  I would highly recommend them.

I had a very good experience for replacing my AC compressor with them... on time release of the vehicle.... the manager was very polite... they have a sign which says that they guarantee the repair for 2 years... let's hope I don't have to go back to them before that... overall a very good experience...
