Active Green + Ross Tire & Automotive Centre

Fast, good rates, do everything. I tried them sort of at random, but I've used them for all basic maintenance on both our cars since then. Really like their hours and have really great luck getting in at convinient times.

ZERO Stars, Terrible Experience. I initially brought my car to this location with a concern (car shaking when I drove), and was quoted approx. $700. After 3 or 4 phone calls my quote doubled in price - now $1500. The gentleman on the phone urged me countless times that he was giving me a good deal, best price in town, discounts here and there. I paid the total, and left feeling better that my car was safe. However, less than a month later I brought my car back because the car was shaking again. When I brought it back I was bombarded with accusations, "What did you hit?" "You must have hit something to make it shake again!" "I gave you a good deal." I felt awful being accused of something I didn't do - when the issue was their mechanics. I left and went to another mechanic who was horrified at the shape of my car, and how Active Green and Ross let me drive away knowing how unsafe my car was. Needless to say, after looking at the work order the new mechanic mentioned that everything that was fixed did not add up based on the age of my car, and the mileage. And that none of the things that were fixed, fixed the initial issue. I will NEVER return to Active Green and Ross. They are manipulative, condescending, and do not do their job accurately. Do NOT waste your time! The other mechanic who did a fabulous job - Tire Depot in Ajax!

WORST SHOP EVER JUST THIS LOCATION GO TO ANY ONE BUT THIS ONE BUNCH OF SCAM ARTIST BELIEVE ME AT ALL COST DONT GO HERE ALL THEY DO IS UPSALE OR DO WORK THAT YOU DID NOT AGREE TO AND THEN CHARGE YOU AND HOLD YOUR KEYS UNTILL YOU PAY.**DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS LOCATION***
