We bought our 2023 X7 from Durham BMW. We dealt with Jimmy and it was a lifetime experience Jimmy's knowledge and the way he treats his clients is outstanding. I picked up BMW m440i Cabriolet from BMW Durham. The overall experience was wonderful. All the team of the Durham is amazing including the Danish Khawaja - Manager , SAM, Rene and Allen. Words cannot express my appreciation of BMW Durham. Needless to say their support, commitment, and more of the ease of leasing a new X4 2023. Having gone to other Dealerships to source the same vehicle, by far Rob went over and above to ensure that my shopping experience was painless, and this goes without saying regarding Rene formalizing the financial part of everything. As this is my 4th BMW, and when it was time to pick it up, Allen provide the best walk through/set up that I have gone through. Recently bought a 2022 5 series from BMW Durham and I would say the experience here has been fantastic. I’ve dealt with other dealerships in the past and I would rank this dealership near the top in customer experience. Jimmy, Rene, and Allen were all amazing to deal with. All were very patient and ensured that all my questions were answered. While I waited for my car to be delivered, Jimmy would provide updates so I knew what was going on. Rene provided great recommendations, and I ended up getting tire & rim protection. She was not pushy at all. Allen was super knowledgeable and passionate. Thank you all.
