I just had an exceptional VIP experience at BMW Durham buying my first BMW vehicle. To say the least, the ease, comfort, and the shopping experience surpasses all expectations.I still wonder the special feeling of driving away in a brand new luxury SUV that was only possible with my first interactions with Portfolio Manager Lima Mendez, who built an offer hard to resist. In all my subsequent conversations, Mr Mendez made my shopping experience so easy that we closed the deal over the phone. I just went for delivery of my X6. Mr Lima is a prompt, through professional always available by text, phone or email. Product Genius Chris made learning of BMW infotainment system and all valuable inputs on various driving features so easy to understand- it was a seamless and great experience so much so that I got my wife BMW SUV too - couple of days later. I rate the dealership 5 star in all regards - beating any dealer offer, top value for trade in, and ease of shopping experience!! Go for it without any second thoughts.

I just picked up my brand new G80 M3 from the dealership and couldn't be happier with the experience. My sales rep was Angelo and he was very easy to work with throughout the purchase process. Rene was great to work with to finalize the financing and Allen was awesome during the delivery and gave a very detailed walk-through of everything about the car. I went to the dealership maybe 3 times and each time the overall staff were great, which I can't say the same for other BMW dealerships. Highly recommend this place!

Wow!! Great experience the whole way through.nYou have to ask for Andy Batchelor when you visit. The best salesperson I’ve ever experienced at a dealership. Knowledgeable, patient and eager to help with any questions.  He made it very easy.nDealing with Allen on delivery was icing on the cake.  He’s a product master and helped us learn how to use all the features on delivery.nFinally Rene was so helpful in getting us what we needed for protection, PPF and tinting.  Can’t be more complimentary if everyone we were in contact with.

Picked up our BMW X6 on Tuesday at BMW Durham. Over the years we have picked up many vehicles and this was by far the best experience we ever had. Allen Lee and Stephen Wu spent almost 3 hours to make sure we understood every aspect of the car. They certain went above and beyond on this and the whole leasing process was transparent and stress free. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone who is interested to get an BMW. Needless to say, they can count me as a repeat customer for my future BMW purchasing or leasing.

We recently had the pleasure of dealing with BMW Durham!  Our ask was very specific and our advisor, Limas, was fantastic!  He went out of his way to make us comfortable every step of this journey to really understanding our requests as this was not just a car for us.  We would highly recommend Limas at BMW Durham.
