Canadian Tire

Went for a simple oil change. they came back with a long list of repairs that would cost over 1300.00$ I asked to get a more detailed explanation for the repairs that needed to be done but could not get a straight answer from them. some of the work they wanted to do had already been done 3 months ago. Girl at the counter (garage) is very rude speaks to the clients like they are all idiots. Customer service is not for her.

Worst Canadian Tire Ever !!! Stuff bundled in the middle of the store, wrenches selling near kitchenware, etc. Super ignorant and permanently hiding employees. Asked one lady to open a locker so i could take something - she messed up for about 10 min with the key, couldn't do it. Another one came and did it. Young kids and grandmas who absolutely have no clue. Avoid

I have had 2 or 3 great customer service experiences here in the past. One of the managers (Caroline I think her name is) went out of her way to resolve an issue I had with a purchased product. Giving 4 stars because I'd wish the store was bigger. (Bigger means more products in stock, means more likely the product you're looking for is there).

Relatively clean - well stocked. Helpful staff if you can find them.
