Canadian Tire

It's been a long time since I went last to Canadian tire. I decided to go today to buy something I could've easily bought online. One of the employees chased me to ask me to leave my backpack at the cashier. I refused to leave my personal and important things to a stranger. Then she told me I had no choice. So I decided to leave. She completely ruined my happy mood. I'll stick with Amazon they don't treat you like thieves.

This is by far one of the worst Canadian Tire locations I’ve ever visited. The staff is consistently rude, unhelpful, and make you feel extremely unwelcome. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated with suspicion,as if every customer is a potential shoplifter. It creates an uncomfortable and hostile shopping environment. On top of that, they refused to process a return for an item that was clearly purchased from another Canadian Tire, despite the company’s policy that allows returns at any location. The lack of professionalism and customer service is truly disappointing. I won’t be coming back.

I've been a customer for 10yrs in this store. Everytime I need assistance, I need to go look for them.nOne morning I walked in to see an item I needed, within 30 seconds one employee rushed to me asking if I needed help? I said im fine. 30 seconds later, another rushes towards me asking the same. I found it strange receiving that kind of service from Canadian Tire which I never got.nThey looked at me as though I was a thief.nI felt so uncomfortable, I left.nI ended up buying my item elsewhere.

Deserves a zero. Worst Canadian Tire in Canada. Customer service is horrible. Please, go spend your hard earned money somewhere else. This store is badly run, and is a joke.

I love shopping at Canadian Tire but this one doesn't impress me. It's often messy and the staff aren't all friendly. A little lady responded. In a very hostile and rude manner when I asked her for help. Told me she had to go to the front of cash because she was called. She didnt bother asking what I needed help with and didn't offer to send me a collegue. Didn't even tell me if she was coming back to help me. So I left empty handed because there wasn't anyone to help me.nI returned another time. Notified a staff i needed help after he was finished with a customer. I waited 15 minutes... They were talking and he was really slow. So I walked around to look for another employee to help me.nnThey often have stuff abandoned in isles. I only go there when I'm time pressed and cant go to st-Leonard.
