A huge shout-out to your employee, Nicholas!nI was in the store on Friday evening looking for a retro video game. After being directed to where it should be and still not being able to find it, I decided to ask him for help.nHe told me he would go check, and while I continued searching up and down the aisles, I eventually gave up. Nicholas didn't.nAbout 10 minutes later, he came back, not with one option, but with three different colours for me to choose from! I truly appreciated the effort he put in to help.nThese days, not everyone goes the extra mile, but Nicholas certainly did. We're often quick to share negative feedback, but it's just as important to recognize exceptional service when we receive it.nSo thank you, Nicholas! You made one little boy very happy, and that means a lot :

I had two negative experiences at this store, one was CRAZY, the other was very annoying.nnI had bought tires and rims from the website to be shipped to this store in the beginning of November. I received an automatique message telling me to book an appointment, so I did book one for the 10th.nnCome my appointment time, I went to the store, the tires had arrived but not the rims, there was a delay by Canadian Tire. The guy at the front desk said ok we'll find you a new appointment, how about next week same time, I believe the 18th, I said ok, his manager came running to him and said to him, NO, we have too much work, push it to 27th Nov, or let him go to another place!!!nnI was flabbergasted as this manager who didn't even look at me or spoke to me, as if I was a pile of shit standing there, not a customer who just spent 1500$ on tires and rims.nnI came next morning to pick up my rims, and I said to the guy at the front desk, that was a horrible thing to do, he agreed.nnThe annoying encounter happened yesterday, Dec 14th. A guy was doing marketing for Triangle credit card, he started talking to me about the offer, so I said I'm not interested, he insisted and kept going for a few minutes, I politely said I'm not interested, but he continued and became so annoyed when I walked away, I understand times are tough, but I don't wanna be harassed about your offers.

Very poor after sales service experience on Sunday Feb.01,2026. Was told by manager, Karine, that a sink i had bought at P.A.T. location, could not be refunded here because the box was opened, store clerk at P.A.T. had opened the box in the store before i bought it to verify the color of item, even after Karine saw that the item was brand new & not used. Contacted Canadian Tire customer care's 1-800 number shortly after leaving the store, but what a waist of time that was, & unfruitfull. So i had to drive back to P.A.T. location, where item was refunded without any hassle & in a professional manner.nIn conclusion, i am VERY disapointed with R.D.P. canadian tire's after sales service!!! And to say that, this is the location i do most of my purchases at, for the past 30+ years, especially all my winter & summer tires for 3 cars, summer mags & winter rims, 2 motomaster floor jacks, auto repair tools...

I love shopping at Canadian Tire but this one doesn't impress me. It's often messy and the staff aren't all friendly. A little lady responded. In a very hostile and rude manner when I asked her for help. Told me she had to go to the front of cash because she was called. She didnt bother asking what I needed help with and didn't offer to send me a collegue. Didn't even tell me if she was coming back to help me. So I left empty handed because there wasn't anyone to help me.nI returned another time. Notified a staff i needed help after he was finished with a customer. I waited 15 minutes... They were talking and he was really slow. So I walked around to look for another employee to help me.nnThey often have stuff abandoned in isles. I only go there when I'm time pressed and cant go to st-Leonard.

After taking my car in hand they refused to perform the agreed upon tire replacement because I didn't buy them from canadian tire. The staff were incapable of providing proof of this policy
