On Saturday June 29 2024 I wanted some wood cut. I went to this store only to find out that the cutting department is closed on the weekend. I exploded because ever time I went to there store the cutting department was closed. I unfortunately suffer with health limitations and I didn't mean to curse at one of the female employees. Now I'm bared from ever being able to enter this fine store. Normally I'm a gentleman.
Very bad customer service, today I go to this store to buy something. The casher was very impolite, have very bad attitude.
Little cheaper than other big box stores, less turnover in staff & different product from other 2 competitors. Reduced hours Monday- Wednesday evenings. Love the material pickup drive thru.
I was excited to shop at BMR St Leonard after seeing the advertised M18 Milwaukee battery with the free Milwaukee tool that comes with the purchase. After 1/2 hour dealing with the clerk who knows nothing about tools at the tool counter I finally had my tools ready and to the cash register I went. Even before I reached the counter, a clerk was waiting for me, he told me that I have to pay for the 2 items that was advertised because in order to have the free tool, I have to order online only. He reached into my shopping cart and removed the battery. It was very rude of him , needless to say I left the store and went to HomeDepot and purchased the same thing, it was Milwaukee battery and tool promotion.nMontréal, October 26, 2023
Omg what a vad service I showed up with a screen. I am amputated and I said do you do this repair. The girl at the cash said go asking cutting department. The white haired man said I don t know. I had asked another kid same question he didn't t know. Finally we walk 65 feet yo get another I don t know answer. The guy said wait 1 hr and 30 min to ask the guy who went tonLunch if they do i never saw rotten service. I think the high managers should do a formation on Customer service I am never setting football in this routine store.
