Went to buy some paint, was in and out in 15 mins. Fast service, nice staff and lots of parking, mind you I went on a Friday at 12 a.m. prices were competitive
I want to thank Mariano, Gilles, Giovanni and Benoit for their time spent on answering my questions and helping me with what I needed. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Gave me great advice. I just love the service at BMR St-Leonard.
Good service and prices are often a little cheaper than the usual big box stores.
Service was horrendous... young, rude, disinterested, stone-faced cashier & garden service people, but prices were good, so it's a trade off.
The staff is very friendly and helpful!
Overall, passable mark in terms of customer service. Some employees are fantastic while others are completely unfit to be working with the public. 2/3 of the employees at the wood cutting shop were the rudest I've ever seen in retail. Even after calling us with our cut wood order complete, when we arrived they said they didn't have the order. Would not recommend.
Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Smaller surface than big box stores but I try to go whenever the product I’m looking for is available there.
Hi Marco. I had the best experience today. Long time customer. All employees are fine. But Michael and Matteo in the a.c. department went above and beyond. Huge kudos. Thank you boys.
Poor business structure, every BMR is independent and don't work together as a Brand or group. Tied to return item purchased online , and non shallant declined to help. No customer service , deeply disappointed .
Good service and have the essential stuff for a regular diy guy like me.
