Wonderful clinic and an exceptional staff, including receptionists and Nurses. My Doctor is Dr. Singh and she's fantastic. She's very approachable and makes managing my health issues a less scary and stressful thing.

If I could give a 0 I would! Not only is the male reception who claims to be there for 9 years EXTREMELY rude, judmental and hostile, he's also a LIAR! There is no recourse as the office manager is just as bad if not worse. He will not hesitate to insult you just because he's 'frusterated'. There needs to be a HUGE staff shakedown and firing from the top down. I doubt the doctors know how bad their clients realky are being treated. How do they get away with it? There are tons of signs for clients that no bullying, hsrrassment, threats, rudeness, etc. will NOT be tolerated, where is our protection FROM THEM?? RECORD EVERY PHONE CALL YOU HAVE WITH THEM!! Perhaps every interaction period!nnEDIT!! Obviously this 'Owner REALLY has a listening amd lying problem, as well as many others such as ethics! I NEVER said I didn't have a cell phone nor did I say I didn't have a computer. I said I din't use the computer anymore and I also said that my cell is FOR MY USE because shoddy people or companies who refuse their ACTUAL name and phone number to show will get automatically blocked and it will NEVER even register that the person/company tried to contact me....which happened with this clinic. After a hundred times trying to figure out why YOU said I didn't respond and trying to troubleshoot as you accuse and side step you FINALLYA admitted that you use computer generated fake phone numbers, which my cell obviously picked up on. My landline, although also set to block such shady operators, is older and therefore will sometimes let the odd one through! If you are going to blatantly lie and come after me maulybe you should stop lying. Since you obviously have used my file to track down who I am then you will remember that because of the hostility and accusatory attitude of the person who first called me, I was lead to believe that I needed to record the conversation after a few sentences. So, remember, I HAVE BOTH CONVERSATIONS RECORDED!! If you are so 'burned out' and can't handle your job then LEAVE!! I highly suspect this has nothing to do with burn out more than just a nasty attitude you were allowed to have, probably before COVID, and have gotten away with during the 5 years since. This is either the first person who called male receptionist or the office manager, not even a doctor or nurse!nnSo, general public, does this sound like a reasonable 'manager' or a guy who has let his awful, unprofessional and unwarranted bad attitude seep down through the entire system of employees? Does to me. No office gets this many bad reviews consistantly without warrant. Maybe they will need to recruit/hire family and friends to swarm them with good reviews since there sure aren't many for years and years. This person needs to step down or be fired so other employees can get an attitude change and maybe enjoy work and be more professional rather than nasty, lying and accusatory. I wonder if the doctors, both inside the clinic and those who may make referrals to this clinic, know that this is how their patients will be treated. I'm pretty sure mine didn't because he would have warned me and given me an option to not go there at all. It is flabbergasting to me that a clinic, which THE PUBLIC PAYS FOR is allowed to come at ANYONE like this! I REPEAT, I HAVE THE RECORDINGS OF THE CONVERSATIONSTO PROVE YOU ARE LYING!!!!

Rude reception staff. Have gone here for 18+ years, and there was always a receptionist who was sharp/rude who retired. Thought with the new staff, this might shift, but listened to “Kathy” being terribly rude to someone checking in today scolding a young woman unnecessarily. Please, people don’t deserve this…especially when they’ve been kind with you. It seems to be a subculture that’s developed and accepted, unfortunately. Remember, you don’t know what people are dealing with. Treat everyone with kindness, patience, and positivity. You will expect that some day when you’re not feeling well, dealing with an illness, or helping a loved one etc.

Worst clinic ever the doctors waste your time they are slow they need to upgrade there staff they never answer the phone and the service there is terrible

Wonderful Clinic. Dr. Kennedy has been my doctor and has always been my great doctor. He helped me lot throughout my treatment, highly recommended. 10/10 .
