Bigelow Fowler Clinic West

I went in because I was dizzy all week. I waited over 1 hour for the doctor to look at me not even 5 minutes and say to “just avoid anything that makes you more dizzy.” When I was finally able to see my doctor it turns out I had very low iron levels. I am very up happy with the disconcern this doctor had for the patents. I understand it was a busy night but I do feel he should at least give a damn a little bit about his patients well being.

I have much to say about how poorly Bigalow Fowler west treats their patients. My son and I have been going to this clinic for many years, and tonight’s experience was the last experience we will ever have with the clinic again, which is unfortunate because Mark and the pharmacy next door are a 10 out of 10 and I highly recommend the pharmacy...but enough is enough with the clinic thinking they are more important than their patience. When you show up an hour and 13 minutes before the walk-in clinic closes and they say “sorry we’re not taking anymore patience” that’s unacceptable. We had altered family plans to allow to be there. If when I talked to the person at reception earlier in the day and they had said “it’s an open clinic and you can’t make an appointment, but they may stop taking names over an hour before close” I wouldn’t have gone there. Or if it said online that you may be turned away even if your there at a very reasonable hour early maybe I would have called first. But just “sorry that’s just the way it is and basically deal with it (not in those words but implied) oh we can get you in tomorrow at 5pm. Well we came tonight becasue we could. My time is as valuable as the doctors, perhaps more. And for me to leave 2 hours early from work is VERY difficult. Perhaps let people know that you probably stop allowing patience even if they are there over an hour before close. Absolutely unacceptable and you can easily see why the bigalow fowler clinic west has such an incredible poor google rating. Much much more to come from me in other reviews...not done!

I never got to tell the doctor what's was wrong. He kinda just did his thing and left, Did not care about my issue. This happened to me twice at the same place, obvs something needs to change.

Dr. Gibb doesn't do his work properly. I talked to him for many times about my pain and he said that he will send me to a specialist, but i still haven't heard from the specialist. It's been 3 months
